I have downloaded the software trunk and trying to build the bash script. I have made the following changes in build_roms.bash:
(1)export USE_NETCDF4=on
(2)export NF_CONFIG=/usr/bin/nf-config
(3)export NETCDF_INCDIR=/usr/include
(4)export FC=gfortran and also added netcdf.mod and typesizes.mod in /opt/gfortransoft/serial/netcdf3/include to avoid previous errors I got. Did I miss to do something else? Can somebody help me to move forward? |
